The Edo State Government I.D. Card application programme is open to all Edo indigenes living in the United Kingdom. This official identification connects diaspora members to Edo State government services and records.

Edo Union Leeds is pleased to announce that the Edo State Government I.D. Card Application Programme is now officially open for 2025. All Edo indigenes currently residing in the United Kingdom are encouraged to apply for this important identification document.

What Is the Edo I.D. Card?

The Edo State Identity Card is an official government-issued identification document that registers Edo indigenes in the state database. It serves as proof of your Edo heritage and entitles you to access certain Edo State government services and recognition.

How to Apply

  • Contact the EUL Welfare Committee via our official email
  • Provide proof of identity (passport/driving licence)
  • Provide proof of Edo indigeneship (family documentation)
  • Submit passport-sized photographs
  • Pay the nominal processing fee (details from welfare team)
  • Allow 4–6 weeks for card processing and delivery
